Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any Padel 360 facility, website, app, or service. By engaging with Padel 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 75 677 704 013), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our facilities or platforms.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” = Padel 360 Pty Ltd and its related entities.
“You”, “Your” = Any person using, booking, or attending a Padel 360 service or facility.
“Services” = Court hire, coaching, events, retail sales, digital content, or any other offering provided by Padel 360.
2. Policies & Behaviour Standards
I understand and agree that:

I am bound by Padel 360’s Conditions of Entry and Fair Play Charter.

I will follow all Padel 360 policies as amended from time to time, including policies on member conduct, child safety, equity and inclusion, and safety protocols.

It is my responsibility to stay updated on these policies, which are available at padel360.com.au.

I will conduct myself in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner while on-site or engaging with Padel 360 services.

Padel 360 reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person in breach of these policies.
3. Facility Use

Obey all posted signage, staff directions, and safety instructions.

Wear proper sports footwear and attire; remove jewellery that may damage glass walls or nets.

You are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or wilful conduct.

Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on court.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

Advance booking: Available via the app, website, or reception. Full payment secures your booking.

Free cancellation: Allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Credit will be issued to your Padel 360 wallet.

Late cancellation / no-show: Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a one-month booking suspension.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions (e.g. due to weather or maintenance). In such cases, you’ll receive a full credit or alternative session offer.
5. Membership & Fees

Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled via the app or by email (minimum 7 days’ notice).

We may amend pricing with 30 days’ notice via email and our website.
6. Coaching & Programs

Only Padel 360-accredited coaches are permitted to conduct lessons.

Private or commercial coaching by unauthorised individuals is prohibited and may result in venue removal.

Group sessions are subject to minimum enrolments; if cancelled, credit or session transfer will be offered.
7. Equipment Hire & Retail

Hire equipment must be returned in acceptable condition; charges apply for damage or loss beyond standard wear.

Retail items are subject to manufacturer warranties and rights under the ACL.
8. Safety, Risk & Insurance

Participation in padel is at your own risk. You confirm you are physically fit to engage in the activity.

We hold public liability insurance; this does not include personal injury or income protection for individuals. Independent insurance is strongly recommended.

Accidents must be reported immediately to staff, and an incident report must be completed.
9. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

The Padel 360 Code of Conduct is incorporated into these Terms.

Any conduct involving discrimination, harassment, violence, or abuse will result in immediate removal and possible membership termination without refund.
10. Children & Safeguarding
-
Individuals under 16 must be supervised unless participating in a junior program.
-
All staff working with minors must hold valid Working With Children Checks.

Safeguarding concerns should be reported confidentially to: safeguarding@padel360.com.au.
11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take immediate effect upon publication on padel360.com.au.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to any service—without refund—if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that endangers others or the integrity of the club.
14. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under the ACL.

Where legally permissible, our liability is limited to re-supplying services or paying the cost of doing so.
15. Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and tribunals.
