At Padel 360, integrity is the baseline of everything we do. This document outlines the expected standards of behaviour for all players, guests, staff, and partners. By adhering to these principles, we foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all involved in the world’s most social racquet sport.

1. Fair Play

• Compete honestly and uphold the rules of padel.

• If in a social competition, please respect all official decisions without dispute.

2. Sportsmanship

• Win with humility and lose with grace.

• Always treat teammates, opponents, spectators, and staff with respect, on and off the court, including online.

• Avoid using language or gestures that could damage the club’s or the sport’s reputation.

3. Ethical Conduct

• Act in the best interests of the club and community.

• Conduct yourself with honesty in all sporting, social, and commercial dealings.

4. Inclusion & Respect

• Padel 360 welcomes everyone, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, sexuality, age, ability, or background.

• Discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form (verbal, physical, or digital) will not be tolerated.

5. Compliance with Laws & Club Rules

• Follow all safety instructions and environmental sustainability guidelines.

6. Reporting & Accountability

• If you witness a breach of these conditions, report it to club management.

• Reports are confidential and investigated promptly.

• Proven breaches may result in sanctions, including warnings, suspension, or cancellation of membership and partnerships.

7. Education & Continuous Improvement

• Padel 360 offers ongoing education via workshops, newsletters, and on-court briefings.

• Community feedback is welcome and helps evolve our standards.
