Cancellation Policy

-Free classes are available to book on a first-come, first-served basis. -Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled class without penalty. -If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the class or the participant does not attend, Padel Cockburn reserves the right to refuse future free class bookings from that participant. -In the event of adverse weather conditions, Padel Cockburn may cancel or reschedule classes for safety reasons. -Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and affected bookings will be relocated to a new available time. -Repeated late cancellations or missed classes may affect eligibility for future free sessions.
